1 General Terms

3 Age and Eligibility

The minimum age to use the bgdbet platform is 21 years. Only individuals aged 21 or above may register and use the services on this platform. Providing false information about age is a serious violation and will result in account cancellation and forfeiture of deposited funds.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must complete a 20x betting turnover before they can be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw before the wagering requirements are met will result in the bonus funds being cancelled, and only the original deposited amount will remain withdrawable.

5.3 VIP Cashback Program

bgdbet's five-tier VIP program offers weekly cashback:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

5.4 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has its own expiry and terms
• A bonus applies to only one account per person
• bgdbet reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus program
• Bonus funds may be forfeited if fraud or bonus abuse is suspected

6 Gaming Rules

All games available on bgdbet are operated according to defined rules. The rules for each game can be found in the game interface. The outcomes of all games are generated using a completely random and impartial process, with no possibility of manipulation.

6.1 Technical Errors

If an abnormal outcome or payment occurs due to a technical error or system issue, bgdbet reserves the right to cancel that transaction. Any winnings paid out as a result of an error may be forfeited.

6.2 Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be changed or cancelled

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bgdbet platform and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of deposited funds:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Registering using another person's identity
• Playing games using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence
• Exploiting weaknesses in the game system to gain an unfair advantage
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal activities
• Attempting to hack or carry out a cyberattack on bgdbet's systems
• Using fraudulent payment information
• Providing false information or creating accounts to obtain bonuses

If any of the above activities come to bgdbet's attention, the account will be closed without prior notice. Legal action may be taken if necessary.

8 Responsible Gaming

10.1 Account Closure by the User

11 Limitation of Liability

bgdbet provides services on an "as is" basis. bgdbet is not liable for the following:

• Any loss caused by internet connection disruption
• Loss caused by issues with the user's own device or software
• Delays caused by third-party payment providers
• Service disruption due to force majeure events (natural disasters, government directives)
• Loss caused by the user's own negligence in protecting their personal information

In any circumstance, bgdbet's maximum liability is limited to the current balance in that user's account.

12 Changes & Dispute Resolution

12.1 Changes to Terms

bgdbet reserves the right to modify these rules and terms at any time. Registered users will be notified in a timely manner for significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes are made will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
